Tea With The Twins Podcast

Louis Tomlinson’s twin sisters launch new podcast in Doncaster

Tea with the Twins is the brand new podcast by twin sisters Daisy Tomlinson and Phoebe Tomlinson, and it’s already finding its audience for all the right reasons.

The show is filmed right here in Doncaster at Seven Studios, with a custom-built set designed by the twins themselves.

The 21-year-old sisters were just six years old when their brother Louis shot to fame with the formation of One Direction in 2010. Their podcast covers what it was like growing up in a family suddenly thrust into the spotlight.

The set is surrounded by warm tones, with Seven providing a studio that feels more like a safe space than a recording booth.

What Tea with the Twins is really about

At its core, this podcast is about honesty.

Daisy and Phoebe sit down each week to talk about life as it actually is. Not the filtered version. Not the headline version.

Just two sisters having real, meaningful conversations.

Across early episodes, they cover:

  • Growing up in a family suddenly thrust into the spotlight
  • The myths people have about fame and what the reality looks like
  • Mental health, pressure and learning when to step back
  • Sisterhood, disagreements and being each other’s anchor
  • Finding your own identity when the world already thinks it knows you

It’s reflective and personal with humour, warmth and that unmistakable twin dynamic running through everything.

Landing at the right time

The podcast is proving to be a hit online, amassing over 22,000 Instagram followers and thousands of YouTube subscribers in just three months.

Tea with the Twins isn’t chasing controversy or viral clips. More cup of tea than hot take. In a world full of noise, that calm honesty feels refreshing.

As explained by the sisters themselves, “being a twin means sharing a story”, and they’re ready to share that voice with the world.

Proud of where they’re from

Despite growing up around global tours, red carpets and constant attention, Doncaster is still home to the Tomlinson twins.

Phoebe laid it out clearly in an episode of the pod, saying she’d “never want to live anywhere but Doncaster.”

That pride runs through the whole show. There’s no pretending to be something else.

Just two Doncaster girls building something meaningful, in the place that shaped them.

A nod to their wider story

From One Direction to global tours and chart-topping albums, Louis Tomlinson’s rise brought the whole family into a level of attention most people never experience.

Tea with the Twins adds perspective on growing up in a world full of noise.

What it’s like watching someone you love grow up on the world’s biggest stage, and what it’s like trying to grow yourself at the same time.

How grounding it can be to stay close to home.

Why Seven Studios fits perfectly

There’s something quietly powerful about this podcast being made in the twins’ hometown of Doncaster. It feels like a real full-circle moment.

Seven Studios has become a go-to space for creators who want quality content. High-end cameras, clean sound and state-of-the-art lighting. But more importantly, Seven Studios is an environment that lets people relax and be themselves.

It’s a Doncaster studio helping creators tell their story on their terms.

Part of a bigger Doncaster shift

Tea with the Twins is part of a wider movement of Doncaster creators choosing to build locally and think globally.

Using homegrown studios and keeping teams close to prove you don’t need to relocate to be taken seriously.

Tea with the Twins is all about two sisters building something of their own, and using a local studio to do it.
Telling their story with honesty, and proudly doing it in Doncaster.
