Doncaster mum Teresa Hodgson is taking on a huge challenge, pledging to run 100 miles in just seven days to raise money for Club Doncaster Foundation’s Cancer Support provision. She’s taking on this enormous run in honour of her daughter Gemma, who sadly passed away from cancer in 2022.

A group of 35 brave fundraisers are taking on a dramatic challenge next month, abseiling 160 feet from a crane at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.
Last year, their efforts raised over £11,800. Let’s see what they can do this year!
Doncaster butcher Dan Kitchen, who runs Darren’s Family Butchers in Wheatley Hills, won big at the British Pie Awards this year!
Dan says he’s “over the moon” after winning three awards for his much-loved pies.
