Steak Bite officially launched in Rossington in December 2025, founded by friends Jamie Austin and Scott Wood. Their idea was to combine the convenience of street food with restaurant-quality ingredients and preparation.
The Doncaster business is known for serving up artisan steak street food, using high-quality local ingredients.

Steak Bite has become well known for its Steak Bowls, Steak Frites and enormous smash burgers, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. They’ve built a loyal following across Doncaster through word of mouth and genuine originality, bringing something fresh to the Donny food scene.
